Waking up today we had breakfast and then off to see the manager to giver her constructive criticism of the hotel at Congham Hall Kings Lynn. We then left for National Trust Oxburgh Hall.

It's an interesting home with moat and church. Of particular interest for me was the Priest Hole, where catholic priests used to hide when England was protestant. Also fantastic views from the roof. There was a great bookshop, but the tearoom system was difficult as you had to go to a person before entering the restaurant who quizzed you in an offical manner to exactly what and how you wanted to drink your drink so we left and went to Roys Restaurant.

We then went up to the boat at Wayford Bridge Services to discover it out of the water, which was a suprise after we had requested it to be in the water and are on launch and recovery - which is to be launched on request. We where especially suprised as on the previous weekend our boat had been left in the water and been damaged despite us not wanting it in the water.

We spoke to the yard owner Jon, who said he was too busy and would get our boat in the water soon, but shortly after this he left at high speed. I replaced the wood on the port stern which had been damaged by the boatyard last week.

Then off to Stalham to look at holiday lodges to buy and then to Marks to purchase a picnic dinner before going to the Holiday Inn.
